I could be misunderstanding what you're saying or asking ... but there's really no such thing as "encrypted" emails that are user friendly. Encrypted means they would be delivered to your inbox encoded and you would need a public key / private key kind of setup in order to decrypt them and read them. It requires a specialized email reader that supports this type of key system and is not something easily available for commercial email (without a bunch of setup and a non-standard email program in most cases) ... This is typically reserved more or government and military communications.
... But perhaps we are talking about different things and have a gap in the terminology.
