For sending thank you gift points for a review you received, use the GPs box under the review reply box (right under the review) in the review notification email if you're using that form to reply --
          Include 0 Gift Points with this response.

OR farther down the page, the GPs box under the email reply form if you're using that form to reply --
          You have #### Gift Points. Include 0 GPs with this email.

OR from the Reviews: Received listing in your Reviews tab, click inside the reply box and use the GPs box under the reply box --
          Include 0 Gift Points
