That said --

If it was an emailed comment, the content of the comment would be included in the email notification. Emailed comments are not stored anywhere else. The notification email is the only place they are available.

If it was a review, the content of the review would be included in the email notification.
Reviews are also listed with the item. Click the gear icon at the upper right of the item and click on View Reviews.
Reviews are also listed in your Reviews tab under Reviews: Received.

The system also sends a notification when someone leaves a rating without a review. There is no text to view for those.
