August Week 1 Contest Open Now!!
This week, write an etheree poem.

An etheree poem has 10 lines (or multiples of 10) where the syllable counts either count up or down from 10, like this

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 or 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. You can also have multiple etheree poems strung together, like this:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 OR 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

How many lines are in your poem, as long as it's a multiple of 10 and in this syllable format, is up to you. You may count up or down, as well as the subject matter is completely up to you. Since I stole this poem from the Ultimate Poetry Challenge, if you are participating in that challenge, you may use the poem you already wrote for this contest as well.

This week's contest will end on Monday, August 5 at noon WDC time.
