I don't expect a reply, but usually get something thanking me for the review and maybe a little substance agreeing or disagreeing with what i said.

I would lower your expectations for humanity and raise a motte and bailey as your residence to survive the coming Reset^TM. That's just good advice all around, though. With reviews i'd stick with the mindset that all the people you want to hear from will reply.
