Regarding "Invalid Item" - According to WDC content rating policy, one can say "it sucks" if referring to a vacuum cleaner and it is considered E rated. If sucks is used as in "you suck" or "I suck" or "this sucks" - it is non-E according to WDC policy.
If you want your item returned to an E rating, you can change your title and replace "suck" with "stink" - then your title/description can be returned to E. That said - it's fine to leave it as "suck" and keep the non-E rating. It's not censorship - people can still see your item.
