Content Rating Support

Something I should clarify because I just realized something I wrote was ambiguous.

Using that word to refer to another user would almost certainly constitute harassment, and that's not only unutterably rude but a violation of the terms of service here. I was coming at this from the point of view of simply writing the word. I never meant to imply that such a use would be acceptable at any rating.
