There's a requirement for colored portfolios: at least 5 rateable items displayed publicly in portfolio Other than that, which doesn't apply to those with a black case, you can use the mass portfolio utility to change the access restrictions of your items to Private. Click the gear icon to the right of the PORTFOLIO title between your HIGHLIGHTED ITEMS and the regular listing of items in your port. In the work area that opens, click Change Access. This puts a drop menu on each item for the access restrictions. Change the drop menus on the items you want to set Private, opening/closing folders as necessary -- it'll remember -- and then go back to the top and click the Update Access button and wait for the success message. It'll list all the items it changes and to what. Setting folders to Private does not set the items in the folders to Private -- they'll still be accessible. Each item must be set to Private individually. Using the portfolio utility does not affect the last modify dates. Items that have their review/rating preference set to Email Comments are also not reviewable, but there's no mass utility for making that change. It has to be done by editing the item. And it might help to leave yourself a To Do note to change them back when you come back to the site. Another thing you can do when you plan to be away is to turn off your Review Requests status in your Reviews tab manage area -- the drop menu for the GPs has the option to not accept any requests. Hope that helps. Northernwrites___ ~~Image #6000 Sharing Restricted~~ ~~Image #603504 Sharing Restricted~~ |
