My daughter, username desimac, cannot access per portfolio.
She cannot remember her password (we all changed them when you had the glitch over the summer.)
And she no longer has the outside email she used for the account.

Is there any way we can retrieve it - or close it and she'll open a new one?

Her husband, username ClaudeSanger has the same series of problems.
