Hello.

If she asked you politely to allow her to review your work, I don't see it as such a big problem (I especially don't see it as trolling) like in the case if she, for example, proceeded to do it without your permission or knowledge. As a matter of fact, I don't think she did anything wrong by asking. What you can do is politely reply back that you are not interested or you don't want to give her permission to feature her review of your story on her website.
If you still feel uncomfortable thinking she will do it anyway, then you can use block feature here on the site. To block a member go to my account-->account settings-->block/ignore members. Enter her username in the provided box and click to submit changes.
