Yes, this type of question belongs in "Technical Support Forum" .

Your membership info shows you had an Upgraded Membership until 03-15-2019, which is past.
And you now have a Basic Member through 03-31-2021.

It looks like you may have clicked the wrong membership option when you made your $19.95 purchase on 9-9-19.
