It looks like you're using Chrome and we've not had any similar reports of this. But this statement you made is the big give away something is wrong with the computer:

          It usually does it after I'm on the site for at least 30 min. and I believe I usually have more than one window open.

The amount of time you do something on a computer should not yield to a different result. Computers just don't or shouldn't change their behavior after 30 minutes of use when they're working correctly. That's a sign something on the machine is wrong. As I'm a Mac user, "what" exactly is wrong on your Windows machine, I could not begin to tell you.
