Looks like you're using Chrome and it's up to date.
In that case, try purging your browser cache:
Log out of WDC.
Clear browser cache.
Shut down all browser windows.
Reboot the browser.
Log back in to WDC.
Repeat this after any troubleshooting if it keeps happening, so problems don't carry over.
An older computer may not have enough space/processing capability to run a lot of windows at once.
Also, the Win 10 OS might not have enough filespace allotted to the temporary files/buffers that the OS and the browser would be using.
And the hard disk might need defragging -- the usual computer maintenance stuff. The OS should have options for doing all that. Win10 is designed to do all that stuff automatically -- unless there's some option to opt out of having it do things when it decides it needs doing.
It might also be good to check for malware that's using up the processing capability/filespace.
