Help!!! The StoryMaster!

Cinn has returned to active status again. I tried to post a Welcome Back to her on her Newsfeed Post and was prevented from doing so. I received this message:

A logical by-product of that is I cannot 'like' her posts either. I was able to IM with Cinn and she suggested I contact tech support.
She posted about the situation, saying that I was not blocked, so we are at a standstill.
