You linked to a forum post ... But posts in forums do not create blocks for notes.
(Maybe you meant to make a note link instead?)

Either way ...
She needs to go to her Notebook tab, then click the icon.

Once there, she'll have View Reported Posts • View Blocked Members

At some point she blocked you from posting to / interacting with her newsfeed and it should be there under the blocked members.
