This week I'm more cheerleader than worker-bee, but IMHO teamwork is important
My goals:
Write a dear me entry
Submit Dear Me to I Write (and then leave it alone for a week)
Read two books
Purchase water sensors (no floor drains in basement, BOOOOOOO)
Purchase foodsaver
Purchase new generator
Source energy star tiny chest freezer
Source lights for bedrooms 2 & 3
Follow-up on generlink hook-up (
where, oh, where, can my electrician be? Other people took him away from me
)
Don't forget to meet the appliance guys on Tuesday between 9-5 (thanks for the time window, jerks)
Don't forget to go to my MRI on Tuesday night (MRI at 1045pm. WEIRD)
TEAMWORK goals (AKA goals I set for the hubby)
Pull the baseboards in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms and main hallway.
Seal up the floors (I have never seen so many drilled holes in a floor IN MY LIFE}. In fairness, if my hands are in okay shape, I am supreme caulker. It's like a superpower I didn't know I had.
Plan the layout of the tiny entry closet
Diagnose what the heck is wrong with my oven (this may require multiple steps if extra tools are required)
Purchase 2 batts of Roxul to finish insulating upper laundry room wall and rim joists (I also learned what a rim joist was, and can now call it something other than "the space thing where the beams meet the wall")
That is all
