This typically means you have some WritingML tags out of order or in error that are conflicting. Mobile and Desktop browsers will handle the tags differently if they are no correct. Just one extra color or tag out of place can change the output the browser renders.

It looks like a long and complex item with lots of tags... If you really want it to be consistent and correct, you need to find the 1 or more broken / misplaced tags.
