That's odd as there's been no changes to that system on the site's side. I just tested this on both FireFox and Chrome via my mac... It is working as it should.

I went to a page to add a new Interactive chapter, entered text and highlighted it. I was then able to use either key comands OR the editor bar to make things bold, italics or underlined. At this time, I can't find anything wrong and having made no recent pages, I'm not sure what it could be.

Perhaps try clearing your browser cache and rebooting your machine. Also, you're using Firefox (which I did test successfully) -- if possible, try it with Chrome.

In the meantime, I'll be on the look at for other reports of the problem that might shed some light on what's happening... but for now, it seems like a local issue on your computer.
