I first noticed the submenu box opening partly above the top of the screen when reading an Interactive chapter that's is maybe #30 or higher, when I clicked "Portfolio" or "My Account" even when they were low on the screen's left side. Here's a chapter that it happens with: "The Rising Danger" . Actually, it happens on this page for "Writing.Com Tools" when the page is scrolled so the Buttons (Submit Post, etc.) show under the input box.
