To answer your questions --
The word itself is the problem.
Everything is content rated under the same rules. The site's content rating system doesn't make special cases for songs, popularity, parody, or personal opinions that differ.
The song title requires a 13+/Non-E content rating.
The phrase "the Virgin Mary" also requires a 13+ content rating.
Perhaps you're confusing copyright infringement with content rating.
