That's an example of something someone might set as their "Signature." That "signature" option is a place where you can type in text, images and links. Once you save them, whatever you put there shows up automatically at the end of things like forum posts, so you don't have to type it out every time.

There are other places it'll show up automatically for you once you set it, but I haven't had one set in so long, I don't remember where all that happens.
