That sounds like symptoms of having multiple accounts.

Check the username of the account you're logged into on your phone, and compare it to the username you used to post this, which is silentbreeze, which was created May 31, 2020. There are no items in this portfolio.

Log out on all the other devices. Then when you log in on the main page, make sure to use the login text boxes rather than the create-an-account text boxes, and make sure you're using the exact username you're using on your phone.

You're only allowed to have one account. Since silentbreeze is the account with the empty portfolio, please use the Close An Account link at the bottom of the page WHILE LOGGED INTO THE silentbreeze ACCOUNT.
