Same as on Full Site view: use the mobile version of the right click on the handle in their userlink.

On my Android tablet, that's a press and hold gesture. If that doesn't work on your phone, you can google to find out what your phone uses for that gesture. You may need to enable zoom in the left hand nav menu so you can magnify the area.

Press and hold on the username text highlights it for copy/paste, ... um, which is apparently a drag&drop operation from there. Or you can tap to add it to your Queue and retrieve it that way, where the clipboard copy menu is shown when the text is highlighted.

Bonus tip: The left-click handle menu opens with a tap on the handle.
