Whatever message the system is giving you [or whatever action it's taking (or not taking) that you're interpreting as being a message about cheating] isn't getting logged to your visible error log. As a result, I'm not sure what you're referring to.

However, having looked over your public reviews --

Your reviews Review of "Exit Strategy: A Scoops the Clown Story" and Review of "The Diagnosis" sent 7/21/2020 are examples of one kind of very deliberate review cheating.

The 5 public reviews you sent since then show this message in the upper corner:
          Public reviews must be
          at least 250 characters
          to receive reviewing credits.
because they are too short to qualify for review incentives. That message is a status message about the length to explain why the review reward menu is not displayed, and it is not an error message.

However again, copy-paste review comments are also review cheating, and between the last 5 and one from 20 July, you've got 3 identical reviews, and a fourth that's nearly identical --

          Review of "Game Models" 5 characters
          Review of "Templars Revenge--Chapter 3" 5 characters, near repeat.

And three reviews for the same [now deleted] item, so only one counts in your reviews total.

And the triple reviews make me wonder if that recently created item offered an AutoReward. If so, none of these reviews would qualify to have earned it.

Thus, the review system isn't broken.
Trying to cheat the review system, however, does have consequences.
