Totally agree with imposter syndrome. Sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. Sometimes it gets worse because of critique, but sometimes it gets worse because of praise (believe it or not). On the one side, you feel like you were right all along, and aren't good. On the other, you think you'll never be able to consistently live up to expectations, because you're not as good as people think.
It's a brain trap. Acknowledge it for what it is, and then tell it to go sit in the time-out chair.
