That said,

Nothing happened. They're still sent, but it is (and was) the top 100 determined by how many review credits are earned in the month, not by how many reviews are done in the month. Current standings are listed here:
https://www.writing.com/main/my_feedback/action/top_reviewers

Since it's not a fully-automated thing, the MBs are sent whenever SM gets around to it. July's went out on August 16th, 2020.

There also are/have been member-run reviewing activities where you could earn MBs (not necessarily the reviewing MB) with a set number of reviews. [Those are not sent automatically either. It happens by hand.]
