The You're a Lamb badge was sponsored by a group that no longer exists and a member that no longer exists.

Since the badge was created requiring group membership... and since the group no longer exists, the badge can no longer be given, but those that have been given remain.

... So it sounds like the bug is that it is show you that you can give this badge on the checklist?
