I just finished writing you an email because I was having trouble getting into my account. I got into my account now, however, I think there was a problem because I have an old free account here that I never cancelled. About three or four years ago I started another paid account because I became more involved. Please look into this situation and help me repair my error. I would like these two accounts merged to reflect that I have been a member for 10 years, but if that is not possible, I would like to cancel the free account because I plan to continue the premium account. I am sorry for the confusion that I have caused and really appreciate your help.

Please make me aware of the actions you take and whatever action I need to take to rectify the situation.
