To delete the whole interactive, click the gear icon at the upper right, and select the Delete Item option. Confirm. This moves the item to the Recycle Bin.

To purge it from the Recycle Bin and free up the item count, click the Purge Bin button shown on/in the Recycle Bin, and confirm. This irreversibly deletes the item, so be sure you really want to delete it.
