Goals 3/1 - 3/5 Sleep Goals, Contest Challenge, Activities
My goals for this week are:

1) To keep current with my updates in Early to Bed - Early to Rise and to meet those goals.
2) Work at getting caught up in the Contest Challenge (try for 2 entries this week)
3) Participate in Power Reviewers anniversary and birthday reviews and also participate in anniversary reviews group.
4) Keep simple carb intake low and veggie/fruit/greens intake high. Drink 64 oz water daily.
