Unfortunately, some of the information you entered didn't match what your card company has on file. The charge you see was the attempted charge. In order for a credit card processor to validate the information you provide, they must send it to the card company for processing. When the bank returned a fail code, our processor did NOT complete the charge and you received the failure error.
You can contact your card company directly to confirm the information they have on file for you as well as that the payment you see was just the validation attempt and NOT the actual charge.
