This was written a decade ago for a similar exercise of "dialog only"
 Dinner at Home  (13+)
Marni is tired of her husband's philandering but treats him to dinner at home.

Length: about 1200 words so it doesn't qualify for the contest, but I thought it meets the spirit of the contest and hope folks enjoy it.

Rejection is the stone on which a writer hones his craft.
Persistence is oil for the stone.
