Structure is good, but within this structure allow your imagination to go as far and wide as it wants. Carefully look throught all of the stuff your imagination creates. These creations are very valuable treasures for any project at any time. Use what you can for your current project and store the rest for future DVENTURES ON OTHER PROJECTS.

Plan when necessary, do pantser stuff as needed, and mix it up. I tend to do some of each. Write with abandon adn enjoy the journey. Editing will be like polishing until you have the shine you seek. Whatever works keet it, and whatever does not add to or wor for the story cut it, but sve it for use in another project or at least for ideas.

Whatever I write is valuable even when it's the worst of the worst because there is treasure to be found. Even the worst writing can be edited to a fine shine to be proud of and for readers to enjoy.
