That would be unlikely. An account deletion by staff usually happens in light of a pattern of behavior that does not get addressed. One comment by itself isn't going to result in deletion. However, if that comment is made after multiple other offenses (repeated improper content ratings, harassment of other members, etc.) that could be considered the tipping point.
