From the error log, it looks like you're not typing in your correct/current password exactly. If you use a password manager, check that what you're typing is the correct password. Double check that you've typed it correctly before submitting. If that doesn't work, you may have written it down wrong the last time you changed it, may be looking at an outdated note of your password, or may have not updated your password manager to the new password. In that case, the solution would be to change your password, and this time, make sure to write it down exactly, along with the date you changed it, and also update your password manager(s) for all your devices. To reset your password, use this utility: http://www.writing.com/main/forgotten And then go to your offsite email account listed in your Account Settings page, and find the email that is sent (check the spam folder too), and click on the password reset link in the password reset email and set a new password for yourself, then login with that new password.
