You couldn't have excluded THANKful Sonali LOVES DAD by her portfolio level because, as a Preferred Author, you are not offered that option. Since Sonali said she can't see it, that one sounds like you previewed the email and erased the Trinket tag so that when it was sent, it showed "(Trinket removed.)" instead.

You couldn't have excluded stolenthrones by her paid membership level because you are not offered that option. Paid memberships are not a criteria that is offered.

Did you see the Trinket displayed in the email or did you see "(Trinket removed.)" instead?
If you saw the Trinket, did it say "Collect" across the front of it?
If so, could you please copy/paste or type the exact error message it gave you inside the Trinket display box when you tried to collect the trinket?


~SilverMoon~ -- Could you view the crab Trinket yourself and copy/paste or type the exact wording at the bottom of the trinket - probably under where it says you created it?
