You've got multiple system-generated folders. Sent is empty, but SentMail has 4 emails that total 30.46 MB, which is 60.9% of your email space. Spam is empty, but SPAM has 2 emails, which are fairly small.

If you go to the Folders main page (click the name, not the down arrow on the right end of the tab), and then look at the Subscribed/Unsubscribed area in the middle of the page, you should be able to find the extras. If they're not already in the Subscribed List, you can move them to it so they'll show up in your Folder List.

Having multiple system-generated folders doesn't impact how your email works. Many people have them. You can't delete the extras. You can move them in the list arranger below the Subscribed area, or unsubscribe the unused ones. You just need to figure out which one of each the system is using.
