Very commonly used (even in some songs), so you won't be in trouble. Shakespeare is public domain, like I said, and so using the witches' incantation is fine. But - and it is a big 'but' - make sure you use the exact wording. There is a reason for this: if some-one else has made a change they might make a copyright claim if yours mirrors theirs.
