That's probably a bad description of the issue. Here's a longer version:

When I click on the awardicons for an item with multiple awardicons, and start to click through them, with each click, the popup window gets smaller and eventually becomes practically unreadable.

This happens whether I click forward or backward. I tried it with a few different items and it happened with all of them.
