The link is sent to the offsite email listed in your account. Sometimes the email gets put in the Spam folder, so you'd need to check there.

It could also be that you're using the wrong username. tonigill1. tonigill1

Perhaps you're meaning to sign into the account for tonigilli1 -- ?

Also you're not allowed to have more than one account.
