Having said that - the best thing to do is just write.

Put any words on paper. They don't have to be a cohenrent story, just ideas, or phrases or anything. The more you write, the more you will be able to write. And use your experiences as a basis.

You said you did gardening. Write about how to plant something. Take this how-to and use it as the basis for a person actually doing it. What happens while they are planting this plant? Add it in. Draft and redraft and redraft again. Keep adding.

So long as you write something down, you'll get there eventually.
