Weekly Goals

Writing
My goal is 1667 words a day. I achieved my 50K on Friday night. As of right now I have over 53K.
Participate in as many Writing Activities as I am able:
Mon 6 pm Zoom call with my 2 Ninja Writing Buddies
Tues. 3 pm Self-Publishing Challenge ; 6:30 WPL Write in too tired.
Wed. 7:30 pm GWN
Fri 8 pm Cast of Characters workshop - canceled
Sat. 7 pm Late Night Write in at the Kwartz Lab - I went from 7:45 pm to 1 am -
Sun. 9 am Ninja Writer All Day Write

Reading
Goal of 30 books - Goodreads: currently at 25 books.
I finished reading Sophie Cousens's Just Haven't Met You Yet and have started another of hers - Before I Do.

Working
I worked all 5 days and the position will be an LTO from Nov. 21 to Dec. 9, 2022.

Health
10,000 steps a day (2x low; 4x high). I was over 10K 5 days this week.
Yoga - Not yet.
Meditation - Not yet.
Drink at least 2L a day. Most days are over 1L.
Eat more fiber and protein. Yes.
No eating after 8 pm. Most days.

Other
Clean cat boxes.
I am making spaghetti sauce on Sunday night.
