I have confirmed that we only received a payment from you on October 15th.
We do not auto rebill and we have no access to charge more than once as the charge is only made when you make the purchase. PayPal handles all payment processing.
However please reply with the transaction ID number that PayPal shows for each transaction that you’re seeing in your PayPal account so I can re-verify this for you.
If you don’t have a PayPal account and used another payment method through PayPal, be sure there are 2 charges made to your payment source. If there’s just the one payment and it was that far delayed, you would have to contact PayPal customer support directly to ask them about any delay on their side of this transaction.
