There are some good bits of advice. I will add that when it comes to writing, practice helps.
This isn't a one draft and it's done kind of process for most of us. And when I started writing, it was difficult because I knew things weren't good. But that's the good part in doing a first draft. It's allowed to be terrible. Try things out. See how they go. Practice. When you have a finished draft, take a break from to for a while to give yourself space. Then rewrite it. After that will come edits and finessing, which is how you get to the better drafts. Keep going and you will get there.
