I tried to purchase a gift subscription for a new author
It went through my pay pal but is not showing up on his page. He is a new writer from Wuhan China with the user name of batmaninwuhan. Please tell me how I can correct this as the PayPal went through but he has not received the gift subscription yet. Thank you Finder101
