Want Serious Critique Group

I guess I have the honor of placing the first post here! This forum has the potential to be positively fascinating, and I wish it all the best.
My favorite authors include generally what I'm reading at the moment, which is the new Donna Tartt and John Irving's "The Fourth Hand". I love Vonnegut, Updike and James Joyce. I also read a lot of contemporary British stuff because I live in Europe and have easy access to it.
My current projects are various short stories and poems which are in my portfolio, and a novel that has been rejected a total of 6 times so far that I just submitted today to a Norweigan publisher.
