yes you are right it was more about discrimination ... I also urged him not to leave the site as I believe if you want to fight for a cause you do not run from the opinion(s) you are trying to change whether they be from a single person or many more. For me, I am now more sensitive to the fact that others' work may be overlooked because of other's personal preferences or censored because they are afraid of other's reactions. As I am not easily offended, I will start reviewing beyond my normal genres. I will review the writing, not the opinions.
