Hey Frankies Girl! Thanks for all the info. I take Magnesium every now and then. It's one of those minerals I just think is a good one to take! Yeah...hot flushes/flashes are rough. Hang in there. I'm feeling pretty good so if is all there is to this thing called Menopause...it's not that bad. I've almost bitten a few heads off...but sometimes that just normal for me!LOL!!
