A poem of hope and what happens when grace is accepted and releases its power.
Ramon Giron-Melendez                                                                                1-8-09

Grace’s beauty is that it recognizes evil; doesn’t hide it
But in light brings it forth to life

Through our pain and suffering God can manifest himself;
His grandeur

Through the darkness of this world, God’s light shines brightest
For the bad and good show themselves in everything

Good in bad, and bad in Good

Goodness is greatest when surrounded by evil
Evil is most prominent when encompassed in good

The ironic dichotomy essential:
We need God; God wants us to want Him

His light is clear in our midst;
Our lack of luminescence and transparency
In God the worst is made beautiful,
Our darkness made bright by grace

His grace forgives our debt: we surrender all
All is tossed away into the sea of oblivion
Grace penetrates the unfathomable
But restores the inmendable
Gives back the stolen

Returns Life
