Africanized bees have migrated from South American across the Texas border . . .
Bees that were imported to South America for study in the 1950s escaped the lab, and have continued to migrte northward, agitating domestic and wild honeybees populations.  Killer bees are more aggressive, and as they inbreed with wild and kept bees, the personality of hives changes.
